Steve Bruce Roberts, a British songwriter settled in Barcelona for the past 20 years, dives in the 60s and 70s acoustic pop and folk to exorcize his inner demons and obsessions. From lost love, past memories, dreams, death and history to the lively streets around him tapping under his feet. British rainy soul under Barcelona’s sun.

He plays solo and as a band with drummer Antonio Miranda, where British, Irish and Australian traditional music is cooked in beautiful moving tunes.

After releasing ‘Drift’, Steve Bruce Roberts will play a solo gig in LACONTRA next Saturday, March 1st at 9 pm as a part of LACONTRA new exhibition ‘Gross Raw Love’.
