Dust off your running shoes and get ready for one of the most popular races in Barcelona—the Cursa de Bombers.

The Cursa de Bombers has been celebrating the firefighters of Barcelona for over two decades, and each year hundreds of fully-equipped bombers run the race together with thousands of citizens. It is one of the most popular 10 kilometer races in the city and will celebrate its 26th edition this year on Sunday, November 9th.

The route follows the main thoroughfares of central Barcelona. The 2025 route has yet to be announced, but last year's rout followed: Gran Vía de les Corts Catalanes, Avinguda del Paral•lel, Passeig de Colom, Carrer de Rocafort and Avinguda Marquis de lArgentera.
