Soen's trajectory can be understood as a seamless ascent marking the past decade with five exceptional works of which Imperial (2021) seemed to be the pinnacle.

But the progressive metal of the Swedes proved to have no ceiling when last February 2022 they released Atlantis, a sublime distillate in the form of a live studio album recorded at the Atlantis Grammofon Studio in Stockholm that places them as one of the most relevant bands of the last 10 years.
