The Fira del Cargol (Snail Fair) is an exceptional opportunity to discover traditional dishes and local ingredients from the town of Sentmenat. The gastronomic zone offers a variety of local culinary products through which the unique flavors of the region shine—especially dishes featuring cargols (snails). Here, visitors can find a wide range of authentic dishes, vermouth, homemade desserts, fresh ingredients and local produce and other artisan goods. Activities include a xocolatada (hot chocolate party), rom cremat (burnt rum), snail races and wine and cava tasting. There's even a family zone with inflatables for the little ones, dancing in the square and a snail painting workshop.
