Slim Cessna's Auto Club is an American band originally formed in 1992. Their music contains elements of country blues, Southern gospel and gothabilly. They are also sometimes labelled as 'country Gothic' due to their juxtaposition of apocalyptic religious imagery with themes of alcohol, violence and relationships gone wrong.

They will be celebrating the release of their newest album, An Introduction for Young and Old Europe (2013). You can listen to their single, This How we do Things in the Country, here.
