Julio and Ana have been together for more than fifteen years. They no longer look at or touch each other, and have made daily combat the essence of their relationship. One night Ana invites her younger upstairs neighbors over for dinner. The seem nice... But, their "noises" have become a nuisance for Julio and Ana ... or perhaps an encouragement ? The upstairs neighbors make an unusual and surprising proposal that turns the evening into an excessive and cathartic experience for the four of them.

Pack your own picnic to enjoy during the showing, or if you're short on time you can pick up take-away at one of L'illa restaurants and settle in for a summer evening with family and friends. Doors open at 21:00, screenings start at 22:00. Tickets must be purchased in advance online at the L'illa website. General admission is €4.50 and includes a pre-assigned lawn chair.

Open air Cinema at L’illa Diagonal takes place every Thursday in July. Unlike most of the other festivals which show films in VOSE (original version subtitles in Spanish), all films in this cycle are shown in Spanish.
