The world's largest science and cooking forum will be held on November 8th - 10th at the University of Barcelona. Activities and presentations featuring the finest international experts will include: “Science and Cooking and Food Waste," "Sustainable Fats for a Healthier Diet” and The essential research to introduce plankton in gastronomy."
This year, the Congress invite its audience to join both physically and virtually. Online audience are able to access all of the presentations for free, whereas in-person attendee have the opportunity to meet health, sustainability, and economic experts face to face.
