The Cursa Sant Antoni is the city's first asphalt race of the year, with two courses of five and 10 kilometers, crossing the most emblematic places in Barcelona's Sant Antoni neighborhood.

The 10K race starts at Carrer de Floridablanca and has long section along Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes. It then passes through Ronda de Sant Pere and Ronda de Sant Antoni, goes down Ronda de Sant Pau reaching Avinguda del Paral·lel, goes back up Entença Street and along Gran Via.
