For this new recital at the Palau de la Música, Rudolf Buchbinder presents a Beethoven-focused program featuring three of the composer's thirty-two sonatas—a body of work the Austrian pianist has performed in its entirety as a complete cycle. On this occasion, he selected some of the most celebrated pieces from Beethoven's catalog: the emblematic Moonlight Sonata, the ineffable Pathétique and the mythical Appassionata.
