Restos, yes, that's their name, are a band of veteran musicians from Austin, Texas. On their first album, Ain't Dead Yet, they unleash a barrage of songs full of melody that recall the legacy of the Byrds, the more rustic Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers, and that rock rooted in the land of the 1980s and 1990s led by guys like John Mellencamp. Their recent version of the legendary song Pancho & Lefty is a good example of this.
