Pulverize the Sound is a trio led by trumpeter Peter Evans with Mike Pride on drums and Tim Dahl on electric bass. This is one of the most representative groups on the New York experimental music scene. Evans, who has been developing his own language based on extreme virtuosity and spectacular classical technique for more than two decades, creates energetic and highly intense music.

His experience, which includes free improvisation, composing for classical ensembles, jazz language and contemporary music, has made him one of the most sought-after experimental musicians in the United States. With Pride and Dahl at his side, Peter Evans multiplies the possibilities of his language and takes them to peripheral terrain, beyond the frontiers of the usual styles and genres.
