Formed in Barcelona in 2020, the Poyo Moya Trio brings together pianist Cristian Poyo Moya, bassist Oriol Fontanals and drummer Reginald Vilardell in a vibrant exploration of Afro-American music, blending blues, R&B, swing, ragtime and jazz with effortless style.

With the piano leading the way, their live performances are marked by virtuosity, energy and elegance, featuring a powerful and finely tuned repertoire that pays tribute to the jazz tradition while keeping it fresh and alive. The trio now presents its third album, The Piano Swing, a celebration of rhythm, groove and swing, which made its successful debut at Jamboree last May.
