This gang from Hermosa Beach was one of the bands responsible for the punk rock sound of the nineties. Highly influenced by bands like Minor Threat, Black Flag and Bad Religion, Pennywise took Californian Punk to the limit. Showcasing speed and melody, as well as lyrics with a high social and political content, Pennywise continues to be a benchmark and an example to follow within the genre more than 25 years later.

In 2026 they return to the heat of the clubs to demonstrate, once again, why they continue to be an essential name in the genre.
