La Maquiné returns to the Torroella Festival with its magic to present a show dedicated to the circus of yesteryear, starring a couple of clowns who come to the town square and set up their tent to showcase the circus' chief attraction, Babar — a young elephant who does not want to perform in public that day because of his terrible stage fright.

A combination of humor and sensitivity makes La Maquiné a favorite with audiences of all ages.
