We are all facing different and difficult challenges as we confront the COVID-19 pandemic and its restrictions. If you’re part of the international community, you’re probably facing some extra challenges: going through all of it in a home away from home; dealing with cultural and language barriers that could make you feel helpless; and a reduced local network to support you.
Wouldn’t it be helpful to incorporate resilience skills into your personal and professional life, which could help you cope with the pandemic’s fatigue, isolation and uncertainty?
In this workshop, lead by psychotherapist and Interculturalist Claudia Issa, you’ll work on key aspects of resilience: protective factors such as optimism and mental agility, increasing positive emotions and nurturing meaningful connections with others.
