Flying Osprey
Osprey in flight in its natural habitat
Rachel and Steve are two Osprey parents living on Hog Island, Maine. Follow these two magnificent birds on their journey to becoming parents (again) — this isn’t their first time around the block!
The nest webcam — placed there by the Audubon Society — showcases the birds on an intimate level throughout the seventh year of nesting. Their parenthood hasn't been without struggles: as the pair's nests have previously been raided by bigger predators in spite of their attempts to protect their eggs.
This live webcam experience is not for faint-hearted. Just like in any decent reality TV series, there are animal-on-animal fights, drama, and romance.
