Opera for Kids - Cosí FUN tutti

The newest production at the Gran Theatre del Liceu comes in the form of the family-friendly 'Cosí FUN tutte'.

Translating to "Thus do all [women]", but often rendered as "Women are like that", the exciting and original adaptation of Mozart’s 'Cosí Fan Tutte’ is intended for all ages and aims to introduce young people to the world of opera.

Adapting the classic tale for a modern audience, the show's director and playwright Carol Lopez intertwines opera and theatre whilst adding plenty of humour and gags.

Set in 18th century Naples, this is a story about two sisters and their lovers, and the production discusses themes such as love, family and loyalty.

The show takes place on October 6^th and 7^th at 12.45pm and is suitable for children over 14 years of age. The show lasts approximately 70 minutes.
