On the first and third Sunday of each month (closed in August), the Maritime Museum opens the doors to one of the most exceptional corners of the monumental complex of the Royal Shipyards of Barcelona: the Baluard garden, the garden space located on the 14th century wall of Barcelona.
The space is guarded by the Associació de Recreació Històrica de la Coronela de Barcelona (Historical Recreation Association 'Coronela de Barcelona').
The Santa Madrona Gate, the only preserved portal of Barcelona's medieval wall, remains closed to the public.
Note: Access to the Baluard gardens presents difficulties for people with mobility problems.
Free entry. August closed.
