The Barcelona Institute of Culture (ICUB) brings cinema closer to you with its summer edition of the Pantalla Barcelona outdoor cinema series at Barcelona's Civic Centers Network.
Catch a film on a summer night in one of Barcelona plazas with the the Barcelona Districte Cultural (BDC) film series. From June 25 to July 23, the BDC presents 45 free open-air screenings in 13 venues across the city's ten districts. The program includes L’àvia i el foraster, La furgo, Los Tortuga, Molt lluny, Norberta, Un lugar común, Un sol radiant, Una quinta portuguesa, and Wolfgang—a selection curated by participating venues and comprised of some of the most outstanding recent Spanish films. All films include subtitles, and most offer audio description via the AudescMobile app.
In addition to the screenings, DJ Dani Kongo will create a musical selection inspired by each of the films throughout the series.
