Les Borges Blanques is the capital of olive oil in Catalunya and a meeting point for lovers of the product, tradition and authenticity of Les Garrigues region. Every year the town celebrates the Extra Virgin Olive Oil Fair of Catalunya. It's a benchmark in the olive sector, bringing together producers, cooperatives and professionals to promote the quality and identity of the oil of Les Garrigues.

With the slogan “The land of oil. The oil of the land,” the fair highlights the connection between the product and the territory, offering an extensive program of activities that combines tastings, demonstrations, gastronomy and popular culture.
