Neurolanguage Coaching Conference 2026
Hotel Ibersol Antemare (Only Adults) Av. Mare de Déu de Montserrat 48, 08870 Sitges
The 10th Annual Neurolanguage Coaching Conference is back, and this year, it's bigger than ever. After a decade of shaping the way educators and language coaches connect with learners, the NLC Conference celebrates its milestone anniversary in one of the most stunning locations on the Catalan coast: Sitges, Spain.
20-22 May 2026 | Sitges, Barcelona
This isn't your average conference. Day 1 kicks off directly on the beach at Hotel Subur Maritim, with open-air sessions, sea breeze, and the kind of conversations that only happen when you're not stuck in a conference room. Days 2 and 3 move to the Ibersol Antemare Hotel, where the programme goes deep across neuroscience, emotional intelligence, mindset, language learning innovation, marketing, and coach development.
One of the standout formats this year is the Sitges Continental Café. Instead of traditional panel talks, speakers are scattered across the hotel gardens, terraces, and poolside. You move between them every 20 minutes, choosing the conversations that matter to you. Think of it as a farmers market, but for ideas that could change how you teach and coach.
Among the speakers is Victor Horcasitas, CEO of Barcelona Metropolitan, taking the stage on 22 May with his talk "From Insight to Income: Why Your Expertise Isn't Converting (Yet)", a masterclass on turning knowledge into real-world impact.
The conference closes with a Beach Party Gala Dinner with DJ and live music. There's also a wine tasting with Catalan winery Albet i Noya, professional headshots on site with Felix Damian Films for just €50, and crafts from local Sitges artisans.
ICF CCE accredited, meaning attendees earn official coaching credits.
Tickets: €400 (excl. VAT) until 22 April, rising to €450 after. Use code victor15 at checkout for 15% off.
