On a sunny January day in 2020, 38-year-old Clemency Burton-Hill suffered a brain hemorrhage and fell into a coma after surgery. Against all odds, she awoke from her coma 17 days later and began a personal battle to rebuild her life. In an urgent and deeply moving film that explores identity, recovery and the transformative power of the arts in the aftermath of trauma, Ursula Macfarlane documents Clemmie's rehabilitation process, marked by resilience and self-discovery.
Film will be screened in original version with subtitles in Catalan.
