The Greek-Russian Teodor Currentzis, virtuoso in orchestral conducting, will star in a double debut at the Palau de la Música Catalana, accompanied for the first time in Barcelona by his group musicAeterna, an orchestra with members of a large part of the millennial generation.
Since 2004, Currentzis has dedicated his career to shifting the conception of symphonic music provoking many of his followers. Each concert by this musician constitutes an immersion into the unknown based on all-time-classics, such as this coming program—basically dedicated to Mozart—which will be featured this April in Barcelona.
Program
W. A. Mozart: Symphony no. 40 in G minor K. 550
W. A. Mozart: Symphony no. 41 “Jupiter” in C major K. 551
