"Monologue, Dialogue and Concept" provides a framework for delineating a discourse on the Fundació Vila Casas' painting collection. A framework which places us before such questions as how various artists can coexist together or how one artist can coexist with themselves and their various creative stages.

Contrast, juxtaposition, concentration, dispersion and even absence enable the variation, transformation and modification of meanings, values and senses, while also enriching and completing concepts, re-presenting them so we may revise our initial conceptions.  

This re-examining of the permanent collection at the Can Framis Museum is a personal journey led by Antoni Vila Casas who has shaped this collection over the years, backing, nurturing and promoting Catalan art and artists.
