Molins de Rei Horror Film Festival 2020
to
Molins de Rei Molins de Rei

The Catalan village of Molins de Rei doesn't seem like the most terrifying place, but that all changes every November with the annual Horror Film Festival. The festival opens with Alister Grierson's Bloody Hell (2020) and includes high profile screenings of new offerings from the film genre, such as The Block Island Sound, by Kevin & Matthew McManus (2020), Julius Berg's The Owners (2020), slashers like Vincent Paronnaud's Hunted (2020), Lars Damoiseaux's Yummy (2020), the classic Vampir-Cuadecuc by Pere Portabella (1970) and many more.
Additional festival activities include Horror Games, sessions of horror-themed board games, and an all-night horror marathon. Many restaurants, cafes and bakeries in the town also join in with the horror theme during the festival, with the accompanying "Gastroterror" section.
COVID-19 update: due to public health restrictions the festival has moved the programmed screenings to streaming sessions in the FilmIn platform. https://www.filmin.es/festival/molins-horror-film-festival
