"Dreambuilders" at Cinema Lliure

Mina's life is turned upside down when her father's new partner, Helena, and her daughter Jenny—with whom she does not get along—move into her home. One night, Mina discovers the world of dreams, where some builders are in charge of creating them. Mina begins to manipulate Jenny's dreams, but this has terrible consequences and Jenny is trapped without being able to wake up. Mina must enter this world to face the dreams she has created and save Jenny and her new family.

Film is in English with Spanish subtitles.

About the Director

Kim Hagen Jensen is an animation director who, since the 1980s, has worked in various production roles as an illustrator, visual effects supervisor, short film director and screenwriter.

Barcelona Screening Details

In Barcelona, ​​screenings will be held on the esplanade next to the CEM La Mar Bella. Due to the health regulations, capacity is limited and prior reservation is required. Reservations in Barcelona will open approximately one week before each session, with updated information to be posted on the festival's website.

Keep in mind that food and chairs will not be provided, so make sure to pack something tasty and a blanket for a lovely beach picnic under the stars. You are encouraged to arrive early for a good seat closest to the screen! 

Timing

Screenings will begin at sunset sometime between 21:30 and 22:00, which will vary depending on the date. You should plan to arrive early and enjoy a the music session as you settle into your place.
