Mikel Izal, born in Pamplona in 1982, is a remarkable composer and singer known for his significant contribution to the group IZAL. His professional musical journey commenced at 24 when he relocated to Madrid, where he made a name for himself in the singer-songwriter scene, earning accolades like the Young Creators Contest of the Community of Madrid in 2008.

In 2010, he co-founded IZAL with other musicians, solidifying its position as a leading figure in national pop-rock with extensive tours and gold and platinum records, including Copacabana (2015) and Autoterapia (2018). In spring 2023, he embarked on a new chapter as a solo artist, promising to continue captivating his audience with his distinctive musical prowess.
