Mayte Martín presents In Illo Tempore, a double album that brings together the past twenty-five years of creation and re-creation within her flamenco work, a facet she had not recorded since the legendary Querencia.

Twenty-five years have passed since the release of Querencia, a landmark in flamenco that remains a point of reference today. Now, in a new live show and double album, Martín gathers more than two decades of artistic evolution and vocal maturity. The project moves between a classical approach and a more innovative one, revealing how influences from other musical languages have enriched her vision of flamenco, adding a fresh and compelling dimension without compromising its essence.

During this long period of discographic silence in flamenco, Martín created three deeply moving performances—Por los Muertos del Cante, Memento and Flamenco Íntimo—built around some of the most beautiful and emotionally resonant works of traditional flamenco. Each was meticulously crafted with the refinement and care that defines everything she shares with her audience.

Twenty-five years of creation and artistic growth are distilled in In Illo Tempore, a project that traces the artist’s creative journey and is admired both by flamenco aficionados and by those who value artistic work that balances reverence for tradition with creative freedom.
