Duet

This Thursday, Jazz duo Mayte Alguacil (vocals) and Pau Lligadas (double bass) come to Ciutadella having received great critical acclaim after doing the rounds of the Barcelona scene this summer. Their intimate, bare approach to performing allows the music to take centre stage

Their repertoire varies from traditional jazz to pop, including works by Franck Loesser, Cjack Johnson, Cole Porter, Pedro Aznar, Antonio Carlos Jobim, Richard Rodgers, Bud Powell and Stevie Wonder.
