A tribute to two of the most influential pillars of vocal jazz: Ella Fitzgerald and Billie Holiday, pioneers and creators of a style that has transcended generations. So close yet so far, like two sides of a coin, both live on in memory, inspiring the spirit of this repertoire. A selection of emblematic jazz standards from a variety of composers, from Michel Legrand and Duke Ellington to the poetry of Fran Landesman & Simon Wallace. This performance distills the essence of vocal jazz with a personal touch and a solid foundation, moving between swing, jazz, funk and bossa nova, with the special collaboration of renowned trumpeter Guillermo Caliero.
