Marcin Masecki is one of Poland’s most prolific and distinctive artists. A pianist, composer, and arranger with an unmistakable style, he moves seamlessly between jazz, classical music and popular traditions, always with extraordinary freedom and creativity.

His latest project, Boleros y más, dives into the Latin American music he grew up with during his childhood in Colombia. With a nine-piece big band, Masecki reimagines boleros, Brazilian choros and Colombian cumbias in lush symphonic and cinematic arrangements, creating a new genre that blends Latin energy with Slavic melancholy.

Renowned for projects such as the Młynarski-Masecki Jazz Band and for his bold interpretations of Bach, Chopin and Beethoven, Masecki has collaborated with leading orchestras and composed symphonies, concertos and award-winning film scores. Now, his eclectic universe arrives in Barcelona for a one-of-a-kind concert.
