Maceo Parker is a legendary funk singer who has worked with nearly every leading musician of the genre from James Brown to George Clinton. More recently, he has broadened his musical spectrum, touring and recording with Ani DiFranco and the Dave Matthews Band, bringing in a new, younger fan base. He's playing at the Palau de la Música as part of this year's Festival Mil·lenni, and promoting his latest album Roots & Grooves.
