The Barcelona-based Lucas Herrera Fernández Trio takes the stage to premiere their brand-new album — recorded this June and featuring nine original compositions unveiled for the very first time at this concert.
With a highly personal sound and an energetic, swing-infused style, the trio explores both classic jazz repertoire and perform original works. Since forming in early 2023, they’ve become a regular fixture in Barcelona’s jazz scene, performing at venues like Jamboree Jazz Club, Llibreria Byron, MEAM, and Casa Ástor. This concert marks a new chapter in Herrera’s artistic journey, following his previous releases Puerto Itinerante, Un Punto Azul Pálido and Blues Para un Rojo.
