December 2004. A family flies from Japan to Thailand to spend the Christmas holidays at the beach. One morning, while they are all in the swimming pool of the seaside resort, a huge tsunami wrecks the hotel and much of the Southeast Asian coastline. That disaster changed the lives of millions of people forever. A film based on a true story of survival of a Spanish family who lived through the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami in Thailand. Was this tsunami just another consequence of climate change and its devastating effects?
