On February 14th, 15th and 16th the streets of Poblenou in Barcelona will be transformed into a research lab for artists around the world. When night falls creators will use light, movements, virtual reality and AI, to explore new forms and meanings for public space and widen the limits of our own perceptions. Challenge your senses in a high-intensity sensorial experience and join a collective experiment that searches for new models of participation and coexistence.
Twenty-three artists are attending this special light event. Major names in the international scene such as Luke Jerram, United Visual Artists, Kurt Hentschläger or Antoni Arola put up their installations, ready for you to visit them. Join the art, design, lighting and architecture in Barcelona, in a major event that defies conventions and claims that light, digital technology or moving images can be part of the cityscape without being at the service of its exploitation.
The festival takes place in different places in Poblenou. Click for a complete map of installations and routes.
