A high-flying party will be held with the return of Llibert Fortuny to the Festival de Jazz de Barcelona, leading the Golden Beat Band, a group that explores the organic sound of big band jazz combined with electronics and the beats that permeate our daily lives. "It's an experiment undertaken with a desire to explore the limits and the complicity between two seemingly opposing poles," explains the artist himself. Twenty years after a memorable experience at the Teatre Nacional de Catalunya, the presentation of the Llibert Fortuny XXL Big Band, the Catalan saxophonist returns renewed, but with the same energy and a seemingly inexhaustible avalanche of ideas, improvisation, electricity and talent.
