La Mercè 10k Run 2022

On September 18th as part of the Festes de la Mercè, the streets of Barcelona will once again be filled with runners ready to celebrate through sport the city’s main annual festival. Registrations to participate are now open.

Following its usual route of 10 kilometers, the race will start at 8:30 on Avinguda de la Reina Maria Cristina and will run through the center of the city, passing by such emblematic places as Avinguda Paral·lel, Passeig de Sant Joan and Plaça Universitat.

This time, the popular Cursa de la Mercè will be accompanied by the Cursa Inclusiva 2K MERCÈ 22, an adapted version of the race that’s only two kilometers long, with the aim that people with disabilities or reduced mobility can also enjoy the event.
