Blending modern jazz, Japanese fusion, and video game-inspired grooves, the Ken Okada Group is one of the most exciting acts to emerge from California’s vibrant scene. Led by bassist and composer Ken Okada, the band features an all-star lineup including 16-year-old drumming sensation Yoyoka, Grammy-winning tenor saxophonist Ben Torres and Bulgarian guitar virtuoso Hristo Vitchev.

Their debut album Square One (2023) launched them into the spotlight with sold-out shows and rave reviews. Their follow-up, Young and Brave (2024), featuring four-time Grammy nominee Murray Low, cemented their status as a must-see act on the jazz fusion circuit. From SFJAZZ to The Baked Potato, their high-octane performances deliver a bold, inventive sound full of rhythm, joy and fearless creativity. Now, Europe gets a chance to experience it live.
