Following the sudden death of her husband, an elderly woman named Chun-hee leaves the home they shared for decades and moves into a small apartment. She takes her beloved grand piano with her, but as it is too large to fit in her new space, she reluctantly accepts her neighbor Min-jun’s offer to store it in his apartment. Min-jun is a German orchestra conductor who was adopted in Korea as a newborn and has returned to his country of origin to search for his mother. They are soon joined by Seong-chan, an orphaned boy with a natural gift for the piano. Although Chun-hee had secretly planned to honor the pact she made with her late husband to end her own life through assisted suicide, the unexpected bonds she forms with these strangers gradually draw her back towards life.

Film will be screened in its original version with subtitles in Spanish and Catalan.
