Jardí d’Aclimatació de Montjuïc Av. l'Estadi 42-48, 08038 Barcelona

To commemorate AIDS and HIV victims lost to the disease, a series of activities will be held at the Jardí d’Aclimatació de Montjuïc on Saturday. Across the world, 70,000 commemorative tapestries have been made in 40 countries. During the memorial, Barcelona’s tapestry, created in 1993, will be displayed as the names of AIDS and HIV victims are read aloud. A series of performances and readings will follow, and an appearance from Cor Jove de Sentmenat, a local youth choir, will close the ceremony.
Entrance is free. More information here.
