Imagine: Sand

The Hermit Hut Collective presents a physical theatre show called Imagine: Sand in Sala Fenix, a small theatre and a gallery in El Raval. It is directed, written and interpreted by Monica I. Castillo and Sanna Toivanen, a duo that combines dance, theatre, text and corporeal mime.

Imagine: Sand tells the story of an artist who lives in a constant struggle between a world full of unpredictable dreams and a safe, repetitive reality. The fear of failure and, more importantly, the fear of being forgotten, makes the artist want to escape her dreams while trying to avoid the monotony of her reality.
