Volcanoes and lava flows, valleys, wells, forests, caves and summits—there is lots to discover when taking part in Garrotxa Volcanic Walking! The 5th edition of this festival boasts an itinerary full of the history of the Alta Garrotxa area and plenty of routes through the Natural Park of the Garrotxa Volcanic Zone.

Activities this year include a sunset walk to the hermitage of Sant Andreu de Gitarriu, a night walk through the fageda d'en Jorda forest, an orientation race between the regions volcanoes, a Nordic walking excursion where you'll discover three Romanesque hermitages in the Vall de Bianya, and more!
