Vegan cheese-making workshop

ESMACA, Catalunya’s macrobiotic diet information school, presents a series of comprehensive vegan cheese-making workshops starting on March 1st.
In line with its philosophy of nutritional balance and reduction of animal product consumption, ESMACA’s cheese-making workshops will take participants through the theory and process of making all types of vegan cheeses, be it Parmesan or infused with sauerkraut. Each workshop will include a tasting of the different type of cheese made, as well as some samples to take home.
The March 1st workshop will be Level 1, followed by a Level 2 workshop on April 5th and Level 3 on May 17th. Alternatively, ESMACA will host a day-long workshop on June 2nd, which will cover all three levels.
The cost for all three workshops is €140, payable in monthly installments.
