The tradition of Fira del Tocino takes place in the old town of Caseres in Tarragona Province. The day is filled with wine and vermouth tastings, various food and craft markets, live cooking demonstrations, stone cutters, glassblowers, reed workers, family-friendly games, live music and, of course, the famous pig roast.
