The ÀPAT Fair brings together producers of the best quality products and ingredients that can be found in Catalunya. With over 50 gastronomic activities, the fair is aimed at food professionals; it promotes local products in support of small farms and offers buyers direct knowledge of the origins of the products in the fair.

The fair is a space for networking, exchange of ideas and contact with the latest trends in gastronomy. There will be conferences and practical demonstrations by professionals who have made a name for themselves in the Catalan food sector, and you'll discover activities such as:
