El Dijous Llarder… i el cap de setmana, també is an initiative by the Vic City Council to expand the celebration beyond dijous llarder (fat Thursday) by offering a culinary and cultural experience throughout the weekend.
Three full days of conferences take advantage of the dijous llarder celebration to offer a set of gastronomic activities around the famous sausages from Vic, including tastings, workshops and presentations that highlight the quality of local products and the territory’s commitment to its culinary tradition.
