At Espai EGG in the Raval you can do a whole host of things: eat healthily, drink premium coffee, read the paper, buy quality products and more. This summer, you can choose to participate too, as the space is offering workshops that will teach you cooking skills you never even knew you needed.
For example, on July 18th you can learn how to brew a refreshing batch of kombucha, praised for its high probiotic and nutrient content. You will also learn how to create different flavours of the fermented tea drink and naturally carbonate them through a second fermentation process—a DIY fizzy drink! At the end of the class, you can take both batches of kombucha home with you, as well as the skills to make it in your own kitchen forever more.
The price for the workshop is €25 with all materials included. Reservations are required.
