“In the beginning, there was chaos. But where words fail, music unites,” argue pianists Dorantes, a member of the legendary flamenco dynasty of the Peña family. He joins and Moisés P. Sánchez, one of the leading figures in contemporary Spanish jazz piano, onstage—two pianos face to face.

Speaking the same language of freedom, improvisation and emotion, these two masters of flamenco and jazz have together built Babel, a tower erected where two paths intertwine in a vibrant conversation. Flamenco and jazz far removed from the cacophony of languages ​​that refuse to understand each other. The curse of Babel , Dorantes and Sánchez confirm in their joint project, did not extend to music.
