Drummer and composer, Denis Suárez presents El libro negro, his first solo album. Conceived as a conceptual journey, it recreates some of the most emblematic passages in the Bible: from the creation of the world to the Apocalypse through biblical episodes such as the struggle between David and Goliath, the fall of Jerusalem and the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
Accompanied by pianist Jofre Fité, guitarist Joel Ríos and bassist Alan Pribizchuk. Suárez debuted with an original work of contemporary jazz with elements of progressive rock, Celtic music and sounds from the Middle East.
