Poland, 1950s. Wiktor, the pianist in a folk group set up by the Communist authorities after World War Two, meets Zula, a young singer. A passionate love story unfolds against a backdrop of the conflict between East and West, between jazz and rock’n’roll.
The winner of multiple prizes at festivals around the world, Cold War is a beautiful, honest, moving and enthralling tale of impossible love, told with great sensitivity.

Scaramouche quartet (jazz manouche)
Inspired by the music of Django Reinhardt, Scaramouche create their own personal take on jazz manouche. Full of the joy characteristic of the genre, their repertoire ranges from classic swing to funk and even bossa nova.
